L’étude se centre sur deux ans de la vie d’une station-service en franchise, afin d’obtenir une compréhension profonde de l’effet du management à distance sur le lien social dans un contexte organisationnel relativement isolé dans le temps et dans l’espace. In the current context of work increasingly characterized by distance and geographic dispersion, we try in this chapter to understand the process of interaction between the remote management and the accomplishment of the social link in the modern societies.
