Comment les salariés appréhendent-ils l’idée de laisser leur volonté d’épanouissement individuel aux portes des entreprises ? Dans le champ politique ensuite où il est difficile de discuter internationalement de valeurs communes. Comment au niveau international peut-on engager des discussions sur des valeurs sociales, sociétales et politiques ? Zusammenfassung : Das erste Heft der Zeitschrift K@iros befasst sich mit dem Thema Glück. Der von K@iros gewählte transdisziplinäre Ansatz ermöglicht es, sowohl die Komplexität als auch die Widersprüche der Thematik zu behandeln. Widersprüchlich sind beispielsweise die Erwartungen und Vorstellungen in Bezug auf das individuelle Glück (im Beruf, als Individuum oder Staatsbürger) und kollektive Zwänge (politischer, wirtschaftlicher oder beruflicher Natur). Hieraus ergeben sich vier Forschungsschwerpunkte :1. Themenschwerpunkt : Konzepte, Kontextualisierung, EvaluationsverfahrenAusgehend von der Entwicklung und Existenz sogenannter Glücksindikatoren soll in diesem Heft eine erste Bilanz der verschiedenen Evaluationskriterien versucht werden.2. Themenschwerpunkt : GlücksvorstellungenAuf der Grundlage bestehender Widersprüche zwischen individuellen Erwartungen und kollektiven Verpflichtungen sollen die Vorstellungen des Glücks untersucht werden.3. Themenschwerpunkt : Glück und ArbeitWie wirkt sich dieser Widerspruch auf die Arbeitswelt aus ? Abstract: The first issue of K@iros looks at happiness. The transdisciplinary approach taken in K@iros makes it possible to deal with contradictions in their complexity, contradictions between expectations and representations of individual happiness (as an employee, an individual, a citizen), and collective constraints (in the political, the economic or the professional sphere). This issue will focus on four research areas:Strand 1: Concepts, contexts, measurement toolsDrawing on the existence of tools to measure happiness, this issue will offer an overview of the current state of these different chosen criteria.Strand 2: Representing happinessConsidering the existing contradictions between individual expectations and collective obligations, what are the representations of happiness?Strand 3: Happiness and workHow is this contradiction at play in the workplace? Resumen: El primer número de la revista K@iros plantea el tema de la felicidad. El enfoque transdisciplinar elegido por K@iros permite acercarse a las contradicciones que existen entre la felicidad individual y felicidad colectiva en su máxima complejidad. Se tratan, por lo tanto, aquellas disidencias que emanan de la felicidad individual y de sus distintas dimensiones dentro del plano de la realidad vivencial (como individuo, ciudadano e integrante del sistema productivo de trabajo), así como las limitaciones colectivas que le impone la sociedad (políticas, económicas y profesionales).Desde estas premisas conceptuales, el presente dossier aborda las siguientes áreas de investigación :1ª Área. Conceptos, contextos y dispositivos de mediciónPartiendo del hecho de que existen herramientas para medir la felicidad de una población, este primer número propone realizar una primera aproximación de los diferentes criterios que estos instrumentos suelen adoptar para llevar a cabo dicha medición.2ª Área.
