Dans cette perspective de transformation sociétale radicale, quelles sont la place et le rôle des organisations économiques dont les activités de production sont les premières responsables du désastre en cours ? La recherche s’intéresse aux organisations économiques dont la raison d’être est dédiée à une transformation de la société en phase avec les principes de la décroissance en analysant les stratégies que celles-ci ont expérimentées depuis leur création à différentes échelles pour participer à des bifurcations concrètes dans le fonctionnement de la société. Abstract: Faced with the threat to the sustainability of human civilization and the survival of a large proportion of living ecosystems, degrowth proposes a response in the form of democratically organized ecological planning towards a post-growth model of society. In this perspective of radical societal transformation, what is the place and role of economic organizations whose production activities are primarily responsible for the current disaster? Les acteurs et pratiques qui animent l’industrie de la seconde main en Ouzbékistan, longtemps restés dans l’ombre, seront ici analysés selon la méthode de « lecture de la différence », créée par les auteures Gibson-Graham. Mariée au prisme de lecture postcolonial, cette méthode permettra de dévier des discours économiques dominants qui encensent les corporations et la croissance infinie pour trouver une manière plus durable et éthique de vivre ensemble en milieu urbain. Abstract: The goal of this thesis is to highlight the role of practices related to the acquisition, repair, and resell of second-hand goods in shaping the urban circular economy. By using Gibson-Graham’s methodology for reading for difference, we seek here to shed light on the actors and practices of the second-hand industry in Uzbekistan. Si les appels à la recherche de la justice sociale et les propositions politiques allant dans ce sens sont légion, ils manquent toutefois d'articulations et d'une vision d'ensemble. Or, pour que la post-croissance puisse s’installer comme nouveau paradigme de justice sociale et écologique, le mouvement a besoin de sa propre théorie de la justice, compatible avec le cadre d’analyse de la post-croissance. Ce texte propose ainsi d’ouvrir une discussion sur la constitution d’une théorie de la justice dans un monde post-croissance. Abstract: The political project of post-growth agrees on the importance of creating a fairer society. Although calls for the pursuit of social justice and political proposals are legion, they lack articulation and an encompassing vision. If post-growth is to establish itself as a new paradigm of social and ecological justice, the movement needs its own theory of justice consistent with the analytical framework of post-growth. Elle a pour point de départ le « paradoxe de l’au-delà du PIB » selon lequel de nombreuses propositions d'indicateurs environnementaux et sociaux ont émergé pour pallier les lacunes bien documentées du PIB, sans succès à ce jour. Ces initiatives peinent à véritablement percoler dans les politiques et le débat public. La recherche vise à démontrer que le politique peut renforcer la capacité d'un indicateur à servir de référence en juridicisant sa production (au travers de normes mandantes, de stabilisation et de diffusion) et son utilisation (en employant l’indicateur comme « opérateur d'information » ou comme « opérateur de précision »). Abstract: The thesis examines the law relating to the establishment and use of the gross domestic product (GDP), on the one hand, and a series of institutional indicators that are complementary or alternative to it, on the other. It takes as its starting point the “paradox of beyond GDP”, according to which numerous proposals for environmental and social indicators have emerged to compensate for the well-documented shortcomings of GDP, without success. These initiatives are struggling to percolate into public policy and debate.
