Par une approche intertextuelle, mais aussi comparatiste, qui s’appuie sur les œuvres de Krüger et de Leopardi, l’article met en examen les représentations de l’écrivain et de son œuvre telles qu’elles apparaissent à travers les modalités et les espaces du pèlerinage littéraire, de la visite à la maison-musée de l’écrivain et du tourisme culturel ainsi que de la « rencontre » narrée par Nooteboom. Abstract: Cees Nooteboom’s short story Een ontmoeting in Recanati narrates the literary pilgrimage of contemporary German poet and publisher Michael Krüger in Recanati, the birthplace of the early 19th-century Italian writer, philologist, poet and philosopher Giacomo Leopardi (1798-1837), where he visits his house. Étapes et locus romani » interroge la sociopoétique de l’étape sous trois points de vue : le voyage, la halte et leur unité. Le corpus se compose des œuvres des deux écrivaines Sintizza Philomena Franz et Romnia Ceija Stojka. Si le voyage sert de mouvement moteur à un art de vivre transporté, le lieu de repos dans la littérature représente une halte idéale, le locus romani, espace verdoyant situé à portée d’une forêt et à proximité d’une eau courante. S’ajoute l’importance de la maison mobile stationnée dans la topographie naturelle pour la production de l’espace romani. La roulotte a fait époque. Elle représente néanmoins un jalon de référence majeure pour l’identité romani construite à travers elle : un vrai patrimoine rom, sous-évalué pour l’instant. Abstract: The article « “Eternity of morning halts on you”. Stages and locus romani » focusses on the sociopoetics of stages in life of romanis, the way travelling and halts are represented in the literary and pictural works of Sintizza Philomena Franz and Romnia Ceija Stojka. If voyaging leads to a mental transport, resourcing relies on a characteristic place. Un ideal halt, the locus romani, is defined by the natural elements of wood, grass and running water in synergy with the presence of verdines (gypsy caravans). The verdines combine mobility and halt and thus play an eminent role in romani life. Il constate la réapparition d’un imaginaire du Lazaret, en contraste complet avec les représentations devenues habituelles de la fluidité mondiale des voyages et du tourisme de masse, à travers plusieurs corpus aussi bien médiatiques que littéraires, par exemple dans les récits d’Arnauld Miguet, Bing Chen ou Alexandre Labruffe. Cet imaginaire aboutit dans certains récits à la mise en scène de situations apparemment dystopiques mais non fictionnelles. Abstract: This paper examines representations of unwanted stops and narratives of forced accommodation that interrupt the journey caught up in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic and the confinements it caused in 2020. He notes the reappearance of an imaginary of the Lazaretto, in complete contrast with the representations that have become usual of the global fluidity of travel and mass tourism, through several bodies of media as well as literature, for example in the narratives of Arnauld Miguet, Bing Chen or Alexandre Labruffe.
